Field Rental Policies & Application
This sports park was started in 2007 and completed in 2008. This park consists of a baseball diamond and a pavilion. This unique baseball diamond can be converted into a soccer or flag football fields. The outfield fence can be removed so that the soccer or flag football field can be painted on the grass. In the spring, the fencing can be replaced and the field will be ready for use by the many baseball teams in the area.
Yoder Brother Park is located at the corner of N. Thompson Ave. and Almeda Dr. between Cardinal High School and Cardinal Middle School. Use Address of 16060 Almeda, Middlefield, Ohio 44062 for directions.
All park lands owned by or under control of the Village shall be closed to public use between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (Ord. 21-128), and no person shall enter into or remain upon such park lands between such hours. Guests are asked to comply with all parking regulations and instructions. Proper attire must be worn at all times. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the park. The Village is not responsible for lost, stolen, or left articles. It is strongly recommended that you do not bring valuables into the park.
