- To hear a request filed by Marcia Nedved of 14957 Linda Avenue, Middlefield, Ohio 44062 PPN 19-071100 and Vacant Lot Linda Avenue, Middlefield, Ohio PPN 19-080906

- Variance from 1155.03(d) for side yard setback for extension of structure to be 0 feet at parcel 19-071100 where 8 feet is required; and
- Variance from 1155.01 for side yard setback for extension to be 0 feet at parcel 19-080906 where 8 feet is required; and
- Variance from 1155.01 for side yard setback total to be 18ft where 25ft total is required for parcel 19-080906.
- A variance to allow a single structure as a continuous property over two separate parcels.
To allow for the addition on the residential structure at 14957 Linda Avenue.
2. To hear a request filed by Spidalieri Enterprises, LLC, Ralph Spidalieri of 14855 North State Ave. Middlefield, Ohio 44062 PPN 19-068300, a use variance from Section 1153.04 GC-General Commercial District. The use variance is requested to replace a pre-existing nonconforming structure with a larger structure to be utilized as a garage and service building for the site, were such use is not permitted in a GC-General Commercial district. The proposed building, a 40’ D x 60’ W x 22’ H 2,400 Sq. Ft. structure will replace a 720 Sq. Ft. structure which will be razed. The proposed new structure will be built on the north east area of the lot where an existing retail shopping center is located, a 5.4 (to ROW) acre site located in a GC-General Commercial district in the Village of Middlefield, Ohio.
