JOHNSON AND SOUTH THOMPSON RESURFACING PROJECT
The Johnson and S. Thompson Resurfacing project has been awarded to Chagrin Valley Paving Inc. in the amount of $202,730.00.
This project will begin tentatively 5/10/2021
Notice from Chagrin Valley Paving is below.
Dear Resident or Property Owner,
Chagrin Valley Paving will be resurfacing your Street for Village of Middlefield as a
part of 2021 Road Resurfacing Project in the following sequence.
1) Pavement Planning;
2) Pavement Repairs;
3) Chip Seal & Asphalt Intermediate Course; and
4) Asphalt
Surface Course. Work will begin on 05/10/21 and continue through until 06/09/21.
Traffic will be maintained at all times, however; reasonable delays or inconveniences can be expected. Please obey all signage and traffic patterns during these operations. Please avoid both on-street parking and parking in the parking lot aisle which are right next to the street during the days of construction work.
The work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9 PM.
